Reporting to our Director, Labor Relations the selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities:
* Provide advice and counsel to managers regarding labor relations issues
* Conduct grievances and participate in preparation for arbitrations
* Participate on the negotiations' team during labor negotiations
* Provide educational sessions to managers
* Keep informed of key decisions in labor relations and track key statistics
Required Skills/Experience:
Our qualifications include at least two years of experience in employee/labor relations, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work on multiple assignments and serve as a collaborative team member. Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required. Must be able to work flexible hours during periods of labor negotiations and travel to local entities to address labor issues.
