What Learning Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health:
Learning is responsible for developing, delivering, evaluating and maintaining the learning content, tools, systems, and programs that enable employees to reach their full potential. This is accomplished via a wide range of methodologies, delivery mechanisms and formats to meet specific business needs.

• Demonstrates working knowledge of adult learning theory

• Uses presentation tools and techniques to deliver learning in a live or virtual classroom setting
• Adapts presentation techniques/style to meet audience needs
• Delivers to small and large audiences
• Uses Facilitator Guide as a reference point and adds advanced knowledge of learning techniques and personal experiences to enhance learning
• Adapts teaching techniques on-the-fly to a wide variety of classroom situations
• Provides feedback on course design to development team
• Demonstrates effective classroom control techniques
• Ability to lead project teams
Accountabilities in this role
• Support internal clients through the facilitation, design and/or implementation of employee and leadership training/development initiatives.
• Partner with management teams and HR Operations teams on deploying learning strategy.
• Communicate and implement Learning programs; Create, conduct and evaluate train-the-trainer sessions as needed.
• Enhance capabilities of line managers through coaching, training and project initiatives.
• Work with leadership and HR Ops teams to identify learning & development opportunities and provide support as appropriate to address those needs.
• Partner with other internal departments to assess skills/competency gaps in business operations and then work with the Learning teams to prioritize training solutions to build necessary skills/competencies.
• Evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed.
• Participate in LSS and other projects as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work within aggressive timeframes.
