DIRECTOR OF TALENT MANAGEMENT

In this key role, you will be responsible for designing & implementing an effective recruitment & employment process to include full cycle recruiting, staff management, applicant sourcing strategies, external vendor management, developing short & long-term recruiting strategies and on-boarding management.

Required Skills/Experience:
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree preferred) with a minimum 5 years demonstrated, successful recruitment & managerial responsibilities, and excellent strategic planning, managerial, communication, decision-making, and public relations skills. Knowledge of standard MS Office software and senior-level presentation skills required. Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
